• If a service has not yet been started and cancellation occurs within 1st days of booking.

• If there is a verified issue with workmanship that does not align with the agreed scope of work.

• Refunds will not be issued for services that have been completed or for dissatisfaction due to personal preference after the work has been performed.

3. Partial Refunds

In cases where only a portion of the service is deemed unsatisfactory and verified, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Irina’s Painting, based on the extent of the issue.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Completed painting or refinishing projects.

• Custom paint selections and specialty finishes once applied.

• Additional costs related to materials, labor, or third-party services.

5. How to Request a Refund

• A detailed explanation of the issue.

• Supporting photos, if applicable.

• Proof of service agreement and payment.

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days using the original payment method. Customers will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and funds may take 5-10 business days (or longer, depending on your financial institution) to reflect in your account. Irina’s Painting is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or other third-party financial institutions. If you do not see your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend reaching out to your bank directly.
